Ingredients Required:
Mayo, Sour Cream, Parmesan Cheese, 2 Rockfish Fillets
3 Tbs Mayo
3 Tbs Sour Cream
3 Tbs Parmesan
Preheat Oven to 350
Place Fillets on pan covered with aluminum foil
Mix together Mayo Sour Cream, and Parmesan and spread mixture on top of each fillet
Bake for 25 minutes until filet flakes apart.
Then broil for 30 seconds at end to crisp the top.
